Ethiopia is the ancestral home of Arabica coffee, where the southern and southwestern highlands yield the world’s most singular flavor profiles.

This curated coffee collection brings that heritage to your kitchen with three 250g bags—one from Limu, Jimma, and Guji.

Note: This is a limited time offering and a rare opportunity to explore the nuances of Ethiopia’s premier growing zones, one cup at a time.

Limu

Located in the Oromia region of southwest Ethiopia, Limu is renowned for producing high-quality washed coffees that offer a refined, elegant profile.

These beans are typically characterized by a relatively low acidity for Ethiopian standards, a well-balanced body, and distinct spicy and winey undertones.

Because much of the coffee grows in "forest" or "semi-forest" systems, it retains a wild, complex character that is often cleaner and sharper than its neighbors.

Jimma

Historically known as the birthplace of the coffee industry in Ethiopia,

Jimma (or Djimmah) is a massive production hub.

While it previously had a reputation for lower-grade commercial naturals, the region has undergone a quality revolution.

Modern Jimma coffees, particularly those from the Agaro sub-region, are now world-class, featuring vibrant citrus notes, floral aromas, and a silky mouthfeel.

It is the powerhouse zone where traditional heritage meets modern processing improvements.

Guji

Guji was once grouped under the Sidamo umbrella but has earned its own fame for its explosive and unique profiles.

The high altitudes and volcanic soil result in coffees that are incredibly fruit-forward and floral, often tasting of strawberry, jasmine, and peach.

Whether processed as a "natural" (berry-heavy and jammy) or "washed" (crisp and tea-like),

Guji is currently one of the most sought-after origins by specialty roasters globally.
