Alan explains that originally when they setup the business they imported beans from only Ethiopia and El Salvador.
“An indication of how the business has grown, nowadays we import coffee from 14 countries, mostly small farms in Africa, Central America & South America and roasted as single origin lots on our 15kg Giesen .
It is great that we still source from the two farms in Ethiopia and El Salvador that we started with. Those coffees are top quality, and a loyal following.”
